Annual Western Fair
We are hiring for our 2019 Annual Fair. The Western Fair is a 10 day position from September 6 -September 15, 2019. Western Fair District is a vibrant and exciting place to work. If you like working outdoors in a fast paced, customer focused environment with lots of people this is a great opportunity for you.
We hire in the following areas:
- Drivers (18+, Clean Driving Abstract)
- Fair Runners
- Parking Attendants
- Rise to Fame Helpers
- People Mover Helpers
- Security (must have valid security license)
- Ticket Sellers
- Ticket Scanners
- Washroom Attendants
Preference will be given to individuals with relevant experience, a positive attitude and a dedication to working all days of the fair with flexible hours!
Event Services - The Market
The Event Services – Market Representative will be responsible for a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties within the Market. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of the need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks.

Raceway - Mutuel Assistant Supervisor
The Mutuel Assistant Supervisor report directly to Mutuel Manager. Responsible for supervising Mutuel Tellers, will also be required to deal directly with Patrons to provide information and handle complaints.
Raceway - Tote/Timing Attendant
The Tote/Timing Attendant is responsible for timing the races, communication with the AGCO Officials in regards to top four finishers and shutting off wagering when race begins.
